1. The service
YourStart is the cohort English-learning app and Dontek Team Portal is the workspace UI for teams that operate it. We provide both “as is” with the features documented at /#status and in ROADMAP.md.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for actions taken under your account. Tell us within 48 hours if you suspect compromise.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not upload illegal content, malware, or content you do not have the right to share.
- Do not reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass billing, rate limits, or RLS.
- Do not use the AI tutor or RAG to generate content that targets, harasses, or impersonates others.
4. Billing
Paid tiers (Workspace, Enterprise) are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the current period. Refunds at our discretion for unused full periods within 14 days of a charge.
5. Your content
You own everything you upload. By using /api/embed and /api/search you grant us the right to process your text through embedding and LLM providers solely to render results back to you.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not promise it. Outages are tracked in our public incidents page (rolling out). No SLA on the Free and Cohort tiers; Enterprise SLA defined per contract.
7. Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Termination
Either side can terminate this agreement at any time. We can suspend accounts that violate section 3 with notice unless the violation is severe (e.g. content that harms a third party).
9. Changes
We will revise these terms when the service changes meaningfully. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
Thai law, unless a stricter applicable consumer-protection regime applies to you.
